Introducing a groundbreaking programme designed by Dr. Natalie Alexandra Tse, founder of LittleCr3atures®, where babies embark on a sensory adventure through sound. Rooted in the theories of intersubjectivity and communicative musicality, this programme taps into babies’ innate desire to interact with the world around them, using sound as the primary medium of exploration. 

 

Drawing on decades of research by psychologist Colwyn Trevarthen and musician Stephen Malloch, this programme invites babies to freely play and discover the sonic qualities of objects. Through playful exploration, they encounter key elements of musicality like rhythm, pulse, and narrative, setting the stage for their budding socio-emotional growth.

 

Led by Dr. Natalie herself, the session features live music performances, with Natalie playing her primary instrument, the guzheng, along with special surprise instruments for added excitement. Babies will engage with instruments such as shakers, bells, and tambourines, creating their own unique musical expressions as they sing, move, and improvise.
